link beetween two oracle servers with http ?

an Oracle (V8.1.6) client-server application is installed on two servers,
one in intranet zone, the other in internet zone.
I want to update each database with each update done in any base.
But I could'nt use SQL (SQL V2, or NET 8) protocol as the client-server
beetween the two servers, I must use http protocol.throw a firewall.
Could somebody tell me how to do that ?
