Please _always_ search the archives for this group at
http://groups.google.com before posting again a question which you can
assume is a FAQ
Personal Oracle 8i isn't certified for Win ME and it is likely never going
to be.
However it seems like there is a *hack* which involves editing win.ini to
downgrade the version number of the jre.
This hack has been posted many times.
