Rollback Segment

Here is one that I cannot figure out. I have Oracle Personal edition 8i, and I am trying to insert values into a table that I created. I keep getting the error ora - 01552 which states that I cannot use the system rollback segment for the tablespace 'Users'. Okay, I can accept that. The problem is that I don't know how to create a rollback segment that 'Users' can use. Can I do this through SQL Plus?

What would the proper sql statement be to create the rollback segment?
