This is not an Oracle problem, as Oracle will simply print to whatever
device is supported by Windows.
As the printer is on a remote location on a WAN, when you setup a
correct configured LMHOSTS file (and the remote side allows to connect
of course, because you are in the correct domain)
you can still share the printer.
