Question about creating tables

Hi !



I'm kinda new to Oracle, so I thought I might be a good idea to read a 
beginners guide to Oracle 8i. On page 91 it says that one should always 
create a database for each application. But why not just create a user 
in the users-tablespace instead (no need to create a tablespace)???



Is there a great www-source for scripts(creating Database and tablespace 
ect.)?
