Looks like a problem between Oracle and Win2k and has nothing to do with the database per se. Most likely a memory leak. If an error log is being created, it is being created by Win2k, by the mechanism called drWatson (or anything succeeding drWatson) At that point you need to track down that file (in the past it was called drwatson..log)
From there I am afraid it is going to be a Support issue.
