Oracle 8.1.7.1 do not start on NT

Today I installed on a NT 4.0 Machine Oracle 8.1.7 including the Path
8.1.7.1.1 with Adminstrator rights. That database I named ORCL (else
standard configuration). But the database does not start!. The services are
running but the instance is not available! I remember this was a problem
with Oracle 8.1.7 which should fixed using the Patch 8.1.7.1.



Does someone has an idea?
