It's not - too my knowledge - a question that you can answer right out of thin air like that. We know nothing of the application - optimised or not - or anything.
Someone with more experience may be able to help more, but I can't imagine any figures they give would be particularly useful.
I did notice you said "HDD 18gb" however. Hopefully, that's not just one disk in the entire machine...?
