Problem UnZip DL from Oracle.com

I am having problems unzipping the dl of 8i personal edition (for win 2000)
from oracle.com.  Says the file is a invalid archive.  I downloaded 8i
personal edition and unzipped the version for 98, no problems.  Anyone have
this same problem?  How did you get it to work?
