if the datafile is simply an "older" backup copy of the file, i'd recommend you recover the database, which will apply changes from the archived log files.
if you don't have the archived log files, then i think you are going to have to drop the tablespace, and create a new tablespace, and import the objects from your latest valid export.
it's possible that oracle support has a technique for rescuing at least some of the data from some of the objects in the tablespace.
