I am new to developer 2000, and have a few questions.

When creating a combo box - i need to display a list of values obtained from another table - then display theese values.

for example i want to display a list of doctors in a combo box from the doctors table, but i when the doctor is selected i want the doctor id to be stored without the user seeing it. - like in MS access

Also i need to know the code for commiting a record to the db.
