Since Oracle no more support "Power Objects" most of the online documents and bugreports are gone. You may still find some documents on OTN http://technet.oracle.com by doing a search on "Power Objects". There are a user manual and getting started manual bundled with Power Objects.
There are also tree books on Oracle Power objects.
