migration problem.

Hello,



After I migrated the database from Oracle 7.3.4 to 8.0.5, I try to startup
the database using svrmgr30. I got the following error message:



ORA-12203 TNS: unable to connect to destination.



What does this mean? How can I fix it? I suspect that I didn't set up the
ORACLE_PATH properly.
