ORA-12505 Connecting to unix ORACLE 8.0.5

I get ORA-12505 error connecting to unix ORACLE 8.0.5.
The tnsnames.ora and listener.ora looks fine to me... but obviously my lack
of knowledge on unix is fatal.



If someone knows please tell me how to configure the listener correctly.
