problem with oracle 8.1.5 installation

we are trying to install oracle 8.1.5 on solaris intel(for development environment). while trying to create the oratab file, in the installation guide it says "Run the cdrom_mount_point/orainst/oratab.sh script to create or set permission......" . I looked at the cd rom and couldn't find oratab.sh file, not even orainst directory. I am guessing that name of file may be different or something, but if anyone could give me little hint on this, I would appreciate that. thanks
