Server Path Question?

I have a downloadable Oracle report that has DESNAME = C:\spondl_report.txt. This report works find through Oracle Reports runtime. When I deploy this report to the web it doesn't seem to know where to send the report. I want the server to send the report to the client's C: drive. Is there a special path name that the server will recognize to send the report to the client machine? Thanks
