onrsd80.exe stalling

HI


While attempting to install oracle 8 client (network install) the
install hangs and locks up my computer at this exe. (onrsd80.exe) I
can't even get to task manager! It has to do with oracleclientcache. We
have older computers, could this be the problem?  P133, 32MB RAM, 1G HD.
