ora-12571 Fatal error in Two-tier Server

New to oracle. Connect internal/oracle_at_winnts works perfect in Svrmgrl. So
does connect internal/oracle_at_winnts.nettransplant.ca. When I try OEM with
same user/passwords I get failed to connect. Turn on tracing and only error
that is shown is above 12571.



I have used Net8 easy config to test user/password and all 100%.



Pointers accepted.
