Dear Frank,

I take the liberty to respond to you, forgive me. Your message to Arthur is not clear to me. If one is a self-starter and the necessity is to find better income, whereas the resources to keep aside for the purpose is less, it is better to think a self pace course in computers. Classroom courses are highly expensive, wherever it is. You admitted that it is $400 per day in Europe. Do you think that a one day course will make you a good programmer. I don't think so.

I look forward your guidance in appearing for an OCP exam.

Thanking you

Where do *you* go for courses?!? $7k will get you the works, the programme.
In Europe, Oracle courses are roughly $400 per day, by Oracle. Several other
institutes offer similar or same classes, and are cheaper.
