Should be... but why the change? Could you post E:\Oracle\Ora81\network\ADMIN\listener.ora and E:\Oracle\Ora81\WebDb\NET80\ADMIN\tnsnames.ora and E:\Oracle\Ora81\WebDb\NET80\ADMIN\sqlnet.ora?
