Actualy, it IS apache all the way (finally).
The Apache HTTP listener was used all the time, but
Oracle now abondones the CORBA/IIOP internal odel, which
creates a lot of overhead. Remember V2 OWS, which was happy
with 8-10MB? Compare that to 128MB minimal for OAS V408...
On the iDevelop conference, apache was used in all demoes,
apart from WebDB (now called Oracle Portal), which has it's
own (apache!) listener.
AFAIK it's not downloadable from technet (yet), but you can
download apache from http://www.apache.org/dist/
