Need ammo against JD Edwards

My consulting firm is competing with another one who wants to implement a JD Edwards solution running on top of an Oracle infrastructure. We want to use Oracle exclusively.

Can anyone give me some good reasons to give the client why they should go with us & Oracle exclusively rather than JD Edwards running on top of Oracle?

I've heard that not all of their modules are web enabled. Anything else?
