ORA-30002

I'm recieving this error when I'm trying to install Web-to-go SDK from Oracle 8i Lite. I have previously succesfuly installed Web-to-Go Server. I need (or maybe not?) Wed-to-go, to synchronize my database with Ericsson 218 (with Epoc OS).

I have searched for it in Oracle MetaLink, but couldn't find it. Also i have looked at all the error massages on some CD, but their numbers didn't reach 30000.
Can anyone help me?
