Hi Mike,

try the back page of almost any computer magazine. They have pages of adds offering web hosting.

www.hostway.com charges $99.99 a month for SQL Server. No doubt there will be some additional 'hidden' set up charges etc etc.

p.s - I have no knowledge of their web db support. I just have a simple website there.
