Screen Savers

Some of our users here want to use a password protected screen saver.
Windows 98 comes wiht such a screensaver. When ever someone has an
Oracle session open (ver 8) the screen saver fails to start after the
configured time of inactivity. This only happens when Oracle is open.
has anyone come across this?
