Forms 5.0 Using Citrix

Someone gave a estimate of 20-30 users on a 2 CPU 1GB Mem. Citrix
server running WinNT. This seems like way to many users for the
hardware given Forms resource utilization. Anyone have any experience
running Forms on Citrix?
