I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish with your message here but your description is not correct on any level. I use their product and find it very useful. It actually works which is something I cannot say about all of the tools I have received from Oracle. My only issue with Toad Software is that they require you to purchase support when you buy the product. Other than that, they have a good product. Vent you frustrations some other way.
