I am trying to figure out a way to check for the :SYSTEM.BLOCK_STATUS
variable at the block level when any event fires. The logic would be
some thing like "If at any time :SYSTEM.BLOCK_STATUS = 'NEW' then do
something, ELSE do something else." My problem is that I haven't been
able to find a trigger that will do this on such a global scale. Any
help is greatly appreciated.
