Need Unify HLI interface for Oracle

We're using an old Unify RDBMS database on a Sequent Unix machine and we're trying to move to Oracle 8. The goal, realistic or not, is to be able to move the data over and relink our existing C programs with no code changes except for maybe a couple of library modules. Our programs use a small subset of the Unify Direct HLI interface for keyed record access, sequential access, and referenced key access. We're currently working on creating an interface to OCI. Are there any existing tools which already do something like this or might be helpful? We're willing to take a 10-25% performance hit. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
