We are a fast paced, tech driven, music and entertainment company. Formerly operating as Greenwitch llc., we have been recently acquired by

iCast, a CMGI company. Our efforts to date have involved integrating Internet systems into standard music industry functions. We currently webcast music on the internet, 24 hours a day, free of charge, with no ads, through radio "streams". We play a mix of mainstream and indie music that you won't hear anywhere else. The job:
We are looking for Oracle DBAs to work in a Perl intensive environment. Salary is open.

Specific requirements:

Oracle-
-Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle (versions 8.0 and 8.1).
-Must have experience administering Oracle on Solaris, additional
experience on Linux a plus, with expertise in backup, recovery, OLAP<->OLTP communication, and Oracle Performance tuning.

-Must have worked in a fast paced team environment and be able to
provide references.
-Should know, or be able to learn quickly, how Oracle, PHP, Apache, and
Perl interact in OLTP and OLAP settings.
-Experience working in a heavy usage Perl environment preferred.
-Must have good communication skills, and be willing to communicate
regularly with a growing team.

Additional experience and interest in music a plus.
