Everyone,

I've been an independent Oracle consultant for the past three years, and working with Oracle since version 5. Everyone here has posted to the monster.com, oraserch.com... and starts getting calls from recruiters. I'm putting together oraclewizard.com, this site will be dedicated to the independent Oracle consultant. Venders will be allowed to post there qualified positions, but will not be allowed to post to troll for resumes! Every post that I determine to be a troll for resumes will cost the recruiter a $100.00 clean up fee. Everyone here has had there time wasted by recruiters trolling for resumes, or they want to hire employees, and not independents. The only way a recruiter will be able to contact you is if you mark in your profile that you want to be contacted, otherwise you can brows the positions, and make the contact.

The site will contain information that is of concern to the independent consultant. What companies use independent consultants, what companies DON'T use independent consultants, and waist your time.

Please private email me the things that you would like to see available in the site. I have a list of features I will implement, however; I'm always looking for enhancements.
