ora-03113 from oracle 8.0.5.0.0 from forms 4.5 (32 bit) pls help

I recently installed the Oracle8 server release 8.0.5.0.0 on a WinNT machine with service pack 5.
When I use my third party application on Win95/98 clients written with forms 4.5 (32 bit) the connection with the server and querying the database is done with no problem but when I try to do db operations like inserting or updating then I get an ora-03113 from the server.

The problem does not exist with my old server (Oracle rel 7.2.3 on AIX).

Any help will be appreciated.
