I am running Oracle 8i standard and it has a few bugs concerning InterMedia.
The Enterprise version also has few bugs..... The next release of 8i standard and enterprise are suppose to "fix" these bugs.
The bugs I had, had to do with how long it took to retrive the data and indexes.
I would call Oracle concerning your situation. You maybe wracking your brain to fix a bug. Cheers.
