1 Oracle 7.2 is too old and unsupported
2 Win 98 didn't exist when 7.2 came out. 7.2 will probably not run on win 98
at all
3 Unless you have personal oracle, the database should reside on a server.
If you didn't change any default the connect string is ORCL
