Hi,
I use HP UX and ORACLE 7.3.
Sometimes sqlplus is pending.
when I check from server listener and the other processes
are working .
Also I checked OS kernel parameter nfile and it was %97 in
usage.I think there is a relation between this two .
How can I get more information on this ORACLE and OS
relation issue.
