I think its not a NT SP problem because i can see the plsql procedure with the oas database browser and i can execute the helloworld procedure from another application with the same DAD. But i have try to reinstall and im not sure that i havīnt get the following error at the first time.

the first rows a ok but after processing PLSQL : compiling lovsample
PLSQL : compiling content

i get
