oracle 805 <> AIX 4.3

Ladies and gentlemen :)

Is there anybody amongst you who can tell me what the system requirements are for oracle 8.05 on a Unix machine, running AIX 4.3 ? I've got the strange feeling the machine I'm working on isn't completely up to it. We're talking about a rs6000 H50 machine with 1 gigabyte of memory. There are approximately 1000 people dependant on this system.
