I will explain you briefly the differences,
Oracle 8 Personal Edition is a version of Oracle for a Personal computer ex:
Win95, 98 etc.
This version is approximately the same as a full Oracle version..
And the Oracle 8 lite edition is a version of Oracle for handheld computers,
portables, etc.
The Oracle Server on this version takes a very small space (800k) and comes
with advanced
replication to synchronize the changes made to your data with your real
Oracle Server..
