Hi,
I assume that you mean concurrent managers for Oracle Applications.
To start/stop them, there is an interactive utility, called "found" on UNIX, this is a wrapper for aiap. This is a character mode version, there exists a graphical analogue. Have a look at ~applicationmanager/admin/bin.
The utility to stop/start them in a script is called CONCSUB.
