NT servers only (sigh):
Yes, the latter should be chosen. Otherwise you will get a file cache in
memory. I have seen one of 130 Mb with 256 Mb RAM in the system. You would
rather like to devote that precious RAM to the SGA (recommended 1/3 of
physical memory).
