OEM 2.0 needs a different ORACLE_HOME than your other Oracle products.
Use the Oracle Home Selector to switch them. In OEM's ORACLE_HOME, make
sure you have TNSNAMES.ORA set up in $ORACLE_HOME\network\admin.
