Just declare a public synonym for the shared object.
By example:
create table TAB1 ...
Grant select on TAB1 to anotherUser_1;
Grant select on TAB1 to anotherUser_2;
...
Create public synonym TAB1 for TAB1
That's all.
It works for any object type (Tabl, procedure, view, etc ...)
