OracleTNSListener80 Service doesn't start.

Hi Everybody ,


I've succesfully installed Oracle 8.0.5 on NT Workstation but the
OracleTNSListener80 service cannot start , which I suppose is the main
reason for some other problems that come up.
When I try to start the service manualy, a message says after a while
that the procedure terminated unexpectedly.
Any ideas?
