Of course -- they're in the process of doing the port right now. "Win64" specs have already been established, and there is even a porting guide (see their developer's web site.) They have claimed they will ship along with the first Merced systems.

Some facts about Win64:

It will be a version of Windows 2000.
It is a straight "widening" port -- much less complicated than the change from segmented Win16 to flat Win32.
The device driver system is also a straight "widening".
Win64 processes won't be able to load Win32 dll's.
It will (of course) still run existing Win32 software, using the Merced's native Win32 mode, and thunking calls of some kind to the Win64 OS services.
