Yes, i am using CONCSUB request set. We have lot of report requests which run one after the other. I am having r11.0.2. My request set execute SQL scripts which produce temp. tables which are used further to make reports. To define login as user with sysadmin rights. Go to concurrent-- program define. Define the process and its parameters. Method to be used like sql*plus, oracle reports, import etc.
Hope it helps.
