Problem with ADI fetching enough rows

I'm a DBA and I don't care to get involved with ADI (5.0), but one of our
users is trying to get ADI to fetch a bunch of rows from an Oracle
Financials database into an Excel spreadsheet, and he can never get it to
return more than 20 rows.  Is there an easy explaination for this?
