Importing Tables question

Hi Folks,



Here's the problem I have.



Let's say I want to import only the DATA from the import file into the
table that is already defined. Is there are a way to do this through
imp? or only with sql*loader.


I can't drop a table b/c it has constrains, when I try to disable
them, I get an error that there are referenced constraints,
