I admit I am stupid etc. etc. etc. etc. :-)

How do I define a type synonym?

I would like to define eg. INT to mean NUMBER(12,0) so that I do not have
to
write NUMBER(12,0) ever and over again and remember if I used 12 or
whatever.

It this possible and how ?

Thanks a lot.

Please do CC: me by e-mail, I need this quick. Sorry I know this is considered bad taste, but I realy do not have time
to watch all
newsgroups of all programs/systems/languages I need to work with.
