Re: Creating A Second Database on the same Solaris box

You have to be careful to set your environment varibles correctly i.e. $ORACLE_HOME & $ORACLE_SID. You have to set $ORACLE_SID for the new instance at least if your running the same version of Oracle RDBMS.
