Beginner books about Oracle

Hi there,

I installed Oracle next to Mysql on our database server because some company is writing an Oracle based administration application. I want to understand how Oracle works, and how to administer the system.

The installation went well and the Oracle system is up and running. But the problem is, that i know how mysql works, but nothing about Oracle. Can someone recommend me some good beginners books about Oracle? I looked at O'Reilly's books but it don't seems like those books are written for newbies..
